I have been thinking about my "big rocks" for 2015, around family, fitness and my professional life.
One new big rock this year is to blog regularly, so I am committing to write a fortnightly post that I will publish on Sundays during term time.
I have found blogging useful to help me clarify my ideas, to get feedback and to start conversations. I personally find the task of writing and editing challenging and time consuming, but I know that through practice I will improve. I also struggled last year to find the time to write regular posts (I started many posts but most remained only in draft form), so by making it one of my "big rocks" I will prioritise the time to publish a post each week.
The next challenge is to work out what to write about. I would love to hear any ideas.
