One of the things I have found is that many students don't like to write down goals and they find it hard to create.
So I will put myself in their shoes and set and write down some goals for 2013. I will try to make them SMART.
This year I am acting up in a management role from the start of the year, so I will have many new challenges involved in my new role, it will be a large learning curve and will take up most of my time. I wanted to write these goals down to help me keep track of the bigger picture. I am interested to see how I go and whether making these "goals" public helps. I will update, modify and reflect on my initial goals during the year.

- Are my goals achievable?
- Are they SMART enough?
- What other goals should I have?
- What are YOUR goals?
